Requirements
- Hold a Bachelorโs degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the power or oil & gas industries
- Possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to close new businesses and develop current accounts
- Be willing to travel and work in industrial environments, adhering to stringent safety protocols
- Be comfortable working alone and be self-motivated
- Have MS Office expertise
- Be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset by demonstrating a forward-thinking, growth-oriented approach by identifying new markets and opportunities for product introduction, with a strong focus on growing business and building strategic partnerships
- Lead with resilience and positivity by being persistent and solution-focused, overcoming challenges while keeping a customer-first attitude
- Act with integrity and accountability through clear, open, and honest communication while consistently following through on commitments, always acting with professionalism and high ethical standards
- Be capable of visiting a chemical plant environment and wearing any/all required PPE (glasses, hard hat, work boots, respirator)
Responsibilities
- Identify new potential markets for selling products and develop lists of potential prospects
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of oxygen scavenger processes and value chain
- Work comfortably with CRM and various data management tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Provide appropriate quotations/proposals to gain and retain business
- Communicate clearly with moleko management by providing appropriate oral and/or written reports on product markets, opportunities, threats, or issues
- Provide data and information as needed to support the annual budgeting process and ongoing performance dialogs/reviews
- Represent the company in a professional manner, including attending trade shows and participating in other industry events
Preferred Qualifications
- Have previous experience in the oil & gas industry
- Have experience managing distribution partners
- Have membership within industry associations and/or a strong network with industry influencers
- Have SAP experience
