Account Manager

Summary

Join TLDR as an Account Manager to drive value, engagement, and growth within key accounts, working directly with the VP of Sales and Sales team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in the media/advertising industry
• Strong relationship-building skills, with a talent for handling complex client conversations and finding win-win solutions
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• High EQ, empathy, and active listening skills to better serve clients
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of TLDR for our clients, leading post-sale engagement and building trust
• Manage accounts from onboarding through campaign completion, aligning with client goals and maintaining a seamless, high-quality experience
• Act as the voice of our clients within TLDR, bringing valuable insights that help refine our services
• Work closely with our creative team to ensure ad content aligns with client goals and TLDR standards
• Identify upselling opportunities by highlighting additional value through TLDR’s unique advertising options
• Work alongside sales, ops, and creative teams to resolve client issues swiftly and maximize satisfaction
• Regularly assess and report on campaign performance, keeping clients informed and setting up future opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices to provide clients with forward-thinking advice and keep TLDR competitive
