Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in the media/advertising industry
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a talent for handling complex client conversations and finding win-win solutions
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- High EQ, empathy, and active listening skills to better serve clients
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Be the face of TLDR for our clients, leading post-sale engagement and building trust
- Manage accounts from onboarding through campaign completion, aligning with client goals and maintaining a seamless, high-quality experience
- Act as the voice of our clients within TLDR, bringing valuable insights that help refine our services
- Work closely with our creative team to ensure ad content aligns with client goals and TLDR standards
- Identify upselling opportunities by highlighting additional value through TLDRβs unique advertising options
- Work alongside sales, ops, and creative teams to resolve client issues swiftly and maximize satisfaction
- Regularly assess and report on campaign performance, keeping clients informed and setting up future opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices to provide clients with forward-thinking advice and keep TLDR competitive
