Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in chemical sales/direct sales, customer service, account management
  • Experience in industrial water treatment chemicals
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry
  • Ability and willingness to work in large industrial facilities such as Oil Sands and SAGD
  • Valid driver's license (full class 5)
  • Willingness to travel overnight 1-2 days per month

Responsibilities

  • Consult on-site, applying innovative technologies to solve water and process treatment needs while prioritizing safety and environmental best practices
  • Hands-on work with test equipment, chemical feed systems, and other cutting-edge tools
  • Proactively implement preventative maintenance, optimize operations, and utilize predictive analytics to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, share best practices, and drive account growth through creative solutions that delight customers
