You will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, and providing excellent customer service. Monitor client portfolios, make credit decisions, and maintain daily communication. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and manage problem accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor granted portfolio from credit to collection while maintaining a low error ratio
  • Make customer credit decisions within established guidelines and follow up with disputed factoring invoices
  • Maintain communication with granted clients via phone, email, and follow-up spreadsheets daily
  • Send paperwork requested by broker or carrier including invoices, payment status, fund delivery, and reports
  • Approve daily advances
  • Collaborate with inter-departments on issues that arise with your book of clients
  • Manage problem accounts or workouts as needed
  • Handle other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Industry knowledge of transportation, factoring, and finance preferred
