Join Nomad, powered by LotusFlare, as the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale affiliate and creator programs across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. You will own the global affiliate and influencer marketing strategy, build the U.S. program as a model for global rollout, and manage and mentor regional managers. Responsibilities include developing scalable systems, collaborating with global teams, setting creative guidelines, managing budgets and vendor relationships, analyzing KPIs, and ensuring regional compliance. This role requires 5β8 years of experience in affiliate or performance partnership marketing, proven success building or scaling programs, experience managing teams, familiarity with specific platforms, and strong analytical skills. Bonus points are given for experience in consumer tech and familiarity with global affiliate platforms. The position offers the chance to lead regional growth and influence global strategy within a high-performance team.
Requirements
- 5β8 years experience in affiliate or performance partnership marketing, preferably in a global capacity
- Proven success building or scaling affiliate/influencer programs in the U.S., North America, or other mature markets
- Experience managing and mentoring regional affiliate/influencer managers or teams
- Familiarity with platforms like Impact, Adjust, and GA4
- Able to lead cross-functional initiatives and guide remote teams
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment
- Growth in affiliate and influencer-sourced acquisition
- ROAS, CAC, and cost per engaged user from affiliate/influencer channels
- Campaign conversion rates and revenue impact
- Activation of new affiliate partners and creator relationships
- Quality and performance of content across influencer campaigns
Responsibilities
- Own global affiliate & influencer marketing strategy and roadmap
- Build and optimize the U.S. program as the foundational model for global rollout
- Manage and mentor Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Managers in Europe and Asia-Pacific, driving consistency and local adaptation
- Develop scalable systems for tracking, attribution, payouts, and performance
- Collaborate with global brand, product, and growth teams to align on promo calendars
- Set creative and operational guidelines for local influencer partnerships
- Manage budgets and agency/vendor relationships across markets
- Analyze global KPIs β ROAS, CAC, conversion rate β and provide strategic recommendations
- Ensure regional compliance and brand alignment in partnership execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success driving regional or global growth and scaling affiliate/influencer programs across multiple markets
- Deep familiarity with major global and regional affiliate and influencer platforms/networks
- Extensive experience managing and activating multi-market agency partners and large creator networks
- Strong understanding of cross-border compliance, payments, and international legal frameworks
- Fluency in one or more regional languages beyond English preferred but not required
