Requirements

- Be creative and visually savvy—understand how to bring a brand to life through content and imagery
- Be highly organized—able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and marketing initiatives
- Be collaborative—thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working across teams
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related role
- Experience developing product marketing strategies and materials for B2C and/or B2B audiences
- Strong writing skills with experience creating marketing and product content across multiple formats
- Strong project management skills and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing materials for B2C and B2B, including feature rollouts, positioning, messaging, marketing copy, and campaign assets
- Bring member stories to life by managing and growing Thrive’s testimonial bank
- Manage the Thrive marketing calendar, aligning product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments across B2C and B2B
- Support social media execution in partnership with the central Brand team
- Support and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, collaborating with creative teams
- Manage Thrive’s centralized image and video bank, ensuring accessibility for the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting brand asset creation, bonus if photoshoot and video shoot coordination experience
