Summary

We're building the future of advertising with Darkroom, a marketing and digital strategy firm focusing on growth stage B2C companies. The New Business Associate will report to the Director of Partnerships and manage operational inputs of the sales process, overseeing CRM functions, assisting with sales collateral, and facilitating conversations with eco-system partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications or similar
  • 2+ years managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency experience preferred)
  • Experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred)
  • Experience working at Digital agencies

Responsibilities

  • Assist Director of Partnerships in building and implementing core processes and infrastructures
  • Assist in the maintenance of current infrastructures, such as Notion, Drive, Slack, etc
  • Assist with the execution of company-wide initiatives and operational projects
  • Assist with the building of sales decks and procedures
  • Oversee management of Darkroom's CRM (Hubspot)
  • Facilitate conversations with eco-system partners
  • Representing the company by attending conferences and events, and engaging with potential partners
