Summary

Join Darkroom, a rapidly growing omnichannel marketing agency, as a New Business Associate! Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you will manage operational aspects of the sales process, overseeing the CRM, scheduling calls, and developing sales materials. This fully remote role (EST timezone) offers significant growth opportunities within a dynamic team. You will assist in building and implementing core processes, maintaining infrastructure, and executing company initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of partnership management experience in the DTC ecosystem, and CRM experience. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications or similar
  • 2+ years managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency experience preferred)
  • Experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred)
  • Experience working at Digital agencies

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Partnerships in the building and implementation of core processes and infrastructures
  • Assist in the maintenance of current infrastructures, such as Notion, Drive, Slack, etc
  • Assist in the execution of company-wide initiatives and operational projects
  • Assist with the building of sales decks and procedures
  • Oversee management of Darkroom's CRM (Hubspot)
  • Facilitate conversations with eco-system partners
  • Representing the company by attending conferences and events, and engaging with potential partners
