Summary

The job opportunity is with OKX, a digital asset exchange and blockchain ecosystems company. The employee will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns, expanding the influencer resources in the local market, and analyzing user habits and behavior to improve business performance. Required skills include 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development in the Cryptocurrency space, building large affiliate networks, and proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.

Requirements

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/ business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space
• Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns
• Develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates
• Expand the influencer resources in local market
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
• Optimise the strategy of business development and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate
• Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development
