Summary

Tailorbird is a global real estate management startup in hyper-growth mode, backed by several prominent investors. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their customer base and improve customer relationships. This role involves executing go-to-market strategies, owning customer relationships, designing programs to improve outcomes, and providing mentorship to diverse teams. The position is remote. Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable sales and/or account management experience, while consistently hitting sales goals
• Experience developing sales processes and GTM strategy for early/mid-stage venture backed startup

Responsibilities

• Execute go-to-market strategy to ensure over achievement of business revenue objectives
• Own customer relationships from the CEO strategy level to the Analyst tactical level
• Design, obtain stakeholder buy-in and execute programs to improve outcomes and reduce risk
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring and prescriptive guidance to diverse teams
• Develop and grow industry relationships
