Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or similar field
  • Sales Experience in the SaaS industry
  • Strong sales mindset with affinity to software
  • Interest in Software products and hospitality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in German(native or C1) and English language skills in spoken and written - any other language is welcome

Responsibilities

  • Active sales of TrustYou’s Customer Experience Platform, Customer Data Platform, and all other solutions of our within the allocated territory
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Hotel Chains, Independent Hotels, Resorts and other hospitality entities
  • Conducting detailed market research to identify sales opportunities with chains, large enterprise clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives
  • Preparing monthly quarter, and annual sales forecasts and report on trends and market conditions
  • Visiting Trade Shows and participating in industry events
  • Generating qualified leads to ensure target sales and objectives are met across the assigned client base
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ needs are met
  • Maintaining our CRM system Salesforce
