Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
  • Fluency in English (level B2 or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities from 360Learning's top priority, highest potential accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads and pitch our product to interested prospects
  • Detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help
  • Evangelize collaborative learning in the market and present the 360Learning value proposition
