Summary
Join Talent Infusion, a division of Blavity Inc., as a Business Development Representative to drive our subscription-based SAAS product forward. This is an outbound role responsible for finding, contacting, and converting leads through your own efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
- Previous experience as a Sales, Sales Development, Business Development role; 1 year + preferred
- Experience prospecting/selling into Enterprise/Strategic Accounts
- Experience consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas within specified time frames
- Experience working in a high growth-tech company
- Working knowledge of Salesloft/Outreach.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LeadIQ
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients within target industries who are in need of our hiring solution
- Manage, develop and maintain a sales pipeline in order to achieve quarterly sales goals and track progress against these goals
- Grow Talent Infusion customer base by adding new contacts and accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Insights, ZoomInfo, and LeadIQ
- Complete tasks related to Outbound Lead Generation including conducting account research, prospect research, and reaching out to prospects via email, cold calls, and social media messaging
- Maintain effective communication with potential and existing clients to identify and assess client needs
- Provide regular feedback to management
- Work with Sales Manager on outbound strategies
- Work Strategic Partnerships Lead on accounts/prospects that come in via Marketing Campaigns
- Input and maintain data in Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of what presales is
- Previous experience in B2B Software Sales
- SaaS product and subscription models
