Summary

Talent Infusion, a division of Blavity Inc., is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join their team and drive the subscription-based SAAS product forward. The role involves outbound sales and lead generation for the product, with a focus on expanding the customer base and attracting new customers. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience, with at least 1 year of previous experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Business Development roles.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
  • Required Experience : Previous experience as a Sales, Sales Development, Business Development role; 1 year + preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients within target industries who are in need of our hiring solution
  • Manage, develop and maintain a sales pipeline in order to achieve quarterly sales goals and track progress against these goals
  • Grow Talent Infusion customer base by adding new contacts and accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Insights, ZoomInfo, and LeadIQ
  • Complete tasks related to Outbound Lead Generation including conducting account research, prospect research, and reaching out to prospects via email, cold calls, and social media messaging
  • Maintain effective communication with potential and existing clients to identify and assess client needs
  • Provide regular feedback to management
  • Work with Sales Manager on outbound strategies
  • Work Strategic Partnerships Lead on accounts/prospects that come in via Marketing Campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of what presales is
  • Previous experience in B2B Software Sales
  • SaaS product and subscription models

Benefits

  • This is a fully remote role, U.S.- based role. Occasional travel may be required
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Candidates must be available to work in alignment with the Pacific or Central Time Zones
  • The annual salary for this role is $65,000
