Summary

Join Talent Infusion, a division of Blavity Inc., as a Business Development Representative to drive our subscription-based SAAS product forward. This is an outbound role responsible for finding, contacting, and converting leads through your own efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
  • Previous experience as a Sales, Sales Development, Business Development role; 1 year + preferred
  • Experience prospecting/selling into Enterprise/Strategic Accounts
  • Experience consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas within specified time frames
  • Experience working in a high growth-tech company
  • Working knowledge of Salesloft/Outreach.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LeadIQ

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients within target industries who are in need of our hiring solution
  • Manage, develop and maintain a sales pipeline in order to achieve quarterly sales goals and track progress against these goals
  • Grow Talent Infusion customer base by adding new contacts and accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Insights, ZoomInfo, and LeadIQ
  • Complete tasks related to Outbound Lead Generation including conducting account research, prospect research, and reaching out to prospects via email, cold calls, and social media messaging
  • Maintain effective communication with potential and existing clients to identify and assess client needs
  • Provide regular feedback to management
  • Work with Sales Manager on outbound strategies
  • Work Strategic Partnerships Lead on accounts/prospects that come in via Marketing Campaigns
  • Input and maintain data in Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of what presales is
  • Previous experience in B2B Software Sales
  • SaaS product and subscription models
