Summary

Join us in building a better Internet! We're looking for a Business Development Representative to play a critical role in Territory planning and support Mid Market Account executives to build closable Pipeline. Your goals will be to generate Qualified pipeline, bring in BDR influence Revenue from Outbound activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Business Development/ Sales experience
  • Ability to learn & talk Cloudflare portfolios
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience with prospecting & email outreach
  • Salesforce and systems knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities & requests
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Show initiative in improving existing processes & methods

Responsibilities

  • Carry and exceed your Opportunity quota
  • Sense upcoming objections/ difficulties in your territory and alert the manager in a timely manner so they can be addressed promptly
  • Hold regular and effective 1:1s with Stakeholders
  • Execute OB Campaigns through Cold calling & Outreach
  • Generate Pipeline & influence Revenue from New Logos
  • Continued Learning & Development
  • Meet your Weekly forecast and continue to maintain Quarterly pacing
  • Working closely with Sales Reps, Marketing teams to drive MQL SLAs at all times
