Business Development Representative, Remote - Worldwide
Summary
The Business Development Representative role at Simply Easier Payments involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling technology to buyers in companies with 100+ employees
- Proficiency with Excel or maintaining records in a database

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities
- Collaborate with hands-on industry veterans to create and implement strategies to target potential clients
- Engage prospective clients in an energetic, professional, and positive manner through various promotional efforts to grow the business and help the company expand
- Research and gather information about target industries, companies, and decision-makers to create targeted outreach strategies
- Generate lists of prospective clients for targeted marketing and sales activities using CRM tools
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities using CRM tools
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
- Schedule and participate in product demos for prospective clients
- Measure the efficacy of sales outreach and lead conversion activities
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Attend networking events and conferences
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Experience maintaining and analyzing data
