Requirements

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing
  • Comfortable with cold calling and contacting potential clients via email and social media
  • Understanding SMBs, you have a knack for understanding the needs of small and mid-sized businesses and translating them into actionable opportunities
  • Your negotiation skills set you apart, and you're adept at closing deals composedly
  • Strong communication skills, reflecting your commitment to professionalism and clear communication
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for sales and outreach
  • Bilingual, proficient in English
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Introduce and promote the learning software by conducting proactive outreach to tutors and tutoring companies via LinkedIn, email, cold calling and other channels
  • Set and manage appointments for product demonstrations and discussions
  • Research and identify potential leads and target prospects within a defined market or industry
  • Source new opportunities daily, surpassing your quota through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Convert warm leads into valuable applications, closing deals and driving business expansion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective outreach strategies
  • Track and report on outreach efforts, appointment setting, and follow-up activities
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on interactions with potential clients
  • Meet and exceed outreach and appointment-setting targets
  • Prepare applications and negotiate funding terms, showcasing your talent for closing deals smoothly
