Summary
Join Unit's growing team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to develop pipelines and schedule meetings with organizations looking to embed banking infrastructure into a new or existing offering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience; experience with complex technical products preferred
- An active listener - you're able to accurately identify the needs of potential clients and propose appropriate solutions
- Stellar customer service that creates raving fans
- Self-motivation, passion and energy, coupled with a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build outbound sales strategies to identify quality leads and schedule meetings
- Quickly qualify and set initial meetings with inbound leads
- Serve as the first touchpoint with any prospective client and set the tone for all future interactions
- Serve as an ambassador for the Unit brand - become a product expert and evangelize the benefits of our platform
- Partner with Unit's leadership team to develop and refine our sales process
- Engage with product and engineering teams to help drive product strategy
Benefits
Base salary of $70,000
