Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft/Google Workspace and other productivity applications and platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and analytics
  • High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing and contract management
  • Perform routine audits on a variety of sales agreements and support the Sales teams with understanding the customer contracting processes and the implications to sales bookings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, product and customer success to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes
  • Update and maintain records in various company and 3rd party tools, ensuring accurate data entry for lead updates and account provisioning
  • Support vendor and partner system updates by ensuring timely data entry and accuracy
  • Provide operational support in onboarding and offboarding customers in line with customer agreements
  • Assist in the processing of limited 3rd party Marketplace transactions using defined processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM systems: Salesforce
  • Experience in reviewing and auditing customer and vendor contracts
  • Experience in sales and/or contract management preferred
