Client Success Associate

Summary

AffiniPay is a leading fintech company based in Austin, Texas, hiring a Client Success Associate to join their team and support their CASEpeer product. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting client accounts, communicating with clients through various channels, advocating for clients, and developing best practices. They should have at least 1 year of experience in a client/customer-facing role and be able to work the specified hours in the PST time zone.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client/customer-facing role
• Ability to work 6am-3pm PST time zone

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client accounts, hone organizational skills, learn prioritization, ensure client success and retention, communicate with clients through chat, tickets, email, Zoom and phone, work closely with internal teams to ensure a flawless experience
• Advocate for clients while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Management and Development teams
• Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve processes
