Responsibilities

  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with project management teams to develop and prepare procurement packages for general contractors and professional service providers
  • Competitive Bidding & Selection Management: Oversee various competitive bidding and selection processes from initial planning to final award
  • Pre-Qualification Process Management: Manage the pre-qualification processes for professional and construction services firms
  • Adaptability & Versatility: Perform tasks and responsibilities based on workload and departmental resources at the discretion of the department supervisor
  • Compliance & Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to all policies, procedures, templates, and applicable laws as part of your daily routine
  • Reporting & Quality Control: Manage reporting, tracking, and quality control for all assigned procurement processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every stage
  • Concurrent Project Management: Handle multiple procurement processes simultaneously, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree: An associate degree, especially in a relevant field, will set you apart
  • Project/Program Management Experience: If you've navigated the complexities of program or project management before, your expertise will be highly valued
  • Electronic Bidding Software: Familiarity with electronic bidding software is a big plus
