Remote Corporate Development Manager

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in Corporate Development / M&A, Investment Banking or consulting
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Solid understanding of M&A processes and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while interacting with various internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience and skills in cross-functional project management is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure information and direction are clearly conveyed
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support Department Leadership in strategic planning and execution
• Support the management team in identifying potential acquisition targets globally. Analyse potential targets based on size, profitability, and business alignment and manage the scouting process
• Act as a project manager for day-to-day M&A execution activities
