Country Manager

Summary

The job is for a Country Manager (Production, Sourcing & Quality) at Trafilea, a dynamic Tech E-commerce Group in intimate apparel and beauty sectors. The role involves leading sourcing, production, and quality strategies to maximize factory compliance, quality standards, and on-time productions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Manager in Production, Sourcing, and Quality for apparel and/ or beauty businesses or in similar roles
• Must be based in the US territory or Hong Kong
• Solid experience in factory production and quality processes in the intimate apparel, general apparel, and/or beauty industry
• Experience managing different business units simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field
• Experience leading teams overseas, preferably in China
• Availability to travel for work-related purposes

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sourcing, Production, and Quality strategy definition and execution for both Apparel and Beauty businesses
• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for omnichannel and multiple business units
• Supplier management: lead relationships with factories globally, ensuring we have the right capacity and quality standards (agreements, audits, compliance)
• Process Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement culture to increase efficiency and reduce costs in our production process
• Risk management: risk assessment policy defined and implemented
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other areas to develop key projects such as implementing new product categories with the right quality
