Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Colibri, you will handle a variety of customer service call types while building relationships with customers and providing technical support. You will need a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and 2 years of Customer Service experience. Additional preferred requirements include 1 year of call center support experience and 1 year of technical support experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
