Summary

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to e-commerce customers and sales support to the team, managing all customer service inquiries for e-commerce customers, supporting Brand Managers with sales-related tasks, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, providing excellent product knowledge and support to external stakeholders, liaising with sales coordinator for wholesale boutique returns, managing product information in the inventory management system, assisting with content creation and social media posts, and assisting E-commerce coordinator with creating product copies and upload to Shopify. The role is a permanent, full-time position, with remote work and a schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Philippine time.

Requirements

  • At least with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a Sales Support/Administration role or similar
  • Beginner to Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Reliable and honest
  • Good in English communication
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, by planning and setting priorities
  • Motivated and driven to succeed
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise information to colleagues and customers
  • Proven customer service ability to achieve the company goal of offering the highest level of service in the industry
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Proven ability to keep accurate records and have excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Managing all customer service inquiries for e-commerce customers
  • Organize returns and refund for the e-commerce orders as well as exchanges
  • Supporting the Brand Managers with sales-related tasks
  • Developing & maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
  • Providing excellent product knowledge and support to external stakeholders
  • Liaising with sales coordinator for wholesale boutique returns
  • Management of product information in the inventory management system, cin7
  • Assisting with content creation and social media posts
  • Assisting E-commerce coordinator with creating product copies and upload to Shopify

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Shopify is preferred
  • Experience in some sort of ERP or accounting software (Cin7 Fashion Software highly desired but not essential)
