Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in multiple startup environments; bonus points for experience at both startups and larger organizations, showcasing the ability to thrive in different business stages
  • Over 5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record in both B2C and B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Hands-on experience working in companies with a bottom-up strategy, particularly focused on demand generation for subscription-based models
  • Strong ability to measure and evaluate marketing performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), prioritizing data-driven decision-making
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns, including paid social, search, email marketing, and content
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Growth teams
  • Creative thinker with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute demand generation strategies for Prosumer, Business, and Enterprise segments, leveraging channels like paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and ABM
  • Create and manage targeted, multi-channel campaigns to engage and convert prospects, including drip campaigns and retargeting
  • Analyze campaign performance to improve metrics such as subscribers, leads, conversion rates, and CAC
  • Align with the Growth team on revenue goals, partner with Sales on ABM strategies, and collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and product launches
  • Manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic tools, utilizing analytics and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to optimize performance
