Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of demand generation experience
  • Proven experience in a demand generation, digital marketing, or similar role, in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and technologies, including Wordpress, Marketo and Salesforce
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinker with strong skills in content strategy and campaign development
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with senior management

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the lead management process from lead generation to conversion
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, track ROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights
  • Utilize Marketo and Salesforce to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
  • Work closely with sales, product, and account management teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across departments
  • Collaborate on ABM strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives, focusing on key accounts
  • Manage and optimize marketing operations tasks including Marketo operations, lead management processes, lead scoring and marketing performance analytics
  • Work closely with our design team to make sure that all outgoing graphics meet our branding requirements
