Join Dynatron Software as our Demand Gen Manager and be responsible for generating marketing leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and converting them into sales leads. You will manage existing demand generation programs, develop new lead growth channels, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams. Success in this position will be measured by key indicators such as monthly marketing leads, marketing qualified leads, and sales leads generated. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B software demand generation and proven success in managing marketing campaigns. Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing Demand Gen in the B2B software space
- Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Familiar with traditional and digital marketing channels, content marketing and distribution platforms, and consumer analytics
- Experience with Hubspot required
- Experience with SFDC required
- Experience building and managing SEM & Paid Social programs
- Experience in B2B software marketing and experience working with partners to execute paid campaigns
- Experience building and executing SEO campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
- Experience managing marketing campaign budgets
- Understanding of lead funnels, comfortable using the language of ROI, ROAS, CAC
- Track record of delivering strong results and innovation
- Willingness to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced and changing environment
- Love for diverse work assignments and the opportunity to try new approaches
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified marketing leads to add to our top of funnel
- Create nurturing program to move leads through the funnel
- Work with the SDR team to convert leads into sales meetings/sales leads
- Work with Marketing Ops to report on and identify areas for conversion improvement
- Manage outside partners who help execute paid advertising campaigns
- Identify new Demand Gen channels and programs
- Manage the Demand Gen media spend budgets
- Work with the Partner Marketing team to develop strategies to convert partner marketing events/leads to sales leads
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SugarCRM preferred
- Experience with WordPress, basic HTML, Zapier, Typeform preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
