Summary

The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth by managing email campaigns, LinkedIn Ad campaigns, and organizing in-person events. The role is remote/work from home based out of Toronto ON or Montreal QC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing email campaigns, LinkedIn Ad campaigns, and in-person events
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Hubspot
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Create engaging email content and design templates in collaboration with the Content Manager
  • Segment email lists and perform A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze and report on email campaign metrics to continuously improve results
  • Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ad campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness
  • Work with the Content Manager to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance, adjusting targeting and budgets as needed
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
  • Organize and manage in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to develop event materials and promotional content
  • Measure event ROI and gather feedback to improve future events
