Requirements
- 5+ years of demand generation experience in a B2B high-tech/SaaS environment
- Proven track record of running campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and campaign analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, attribution models, and funnel metric
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (i.e. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Excellent project management skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution
- Deep understanding of intent data, behavioral analytics, and predictive lead scoring methodologies
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across paid, email, SEO, content syndication, webinars, and field events
- Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to align on lead definitions, lead targets, pipeline goals, and campaign attribution
- Manage the marketing automation system and ensure campaigns are built and tracked correctly
- Implement advanced lead scoring models that accurately identify buyer intent signals and behavioral patterns
- Measure and analyze campaign performance across the funnel, identifying insights to optimize performance and ROI
- Work with creative and content teams to develop campaign assets tailored to different personas and funnel stages
- Collaborate with RevOps to maintain a clean lead flow process and accurate reporting dashboards
- Test and scale new channels and tactics to improve lead quality and accelerated lead acquisition
