Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful full-funnel marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO, webinars, and social media
- Experience with lead nurturing and marketing automation tools like Hubspot
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and AI
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- English communication skills both written and verbal β business level
Responsibilities
- Focus on the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that engage prospects at each stage of the funnel
- Combine content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, SEO, and organic/paid social media
- Implement integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement
- Develop strategies to move leads from awareness to consideration through middle-funnel efforts (e.g., gated content, nurture sequences)
- Create personalized content and communication plans that resonate with target audiences
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts
- Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team and support joint initiatives
- Track and optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates, not just ad performance
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to refine strategies
- Implement ABM strategies for targeted high-value accounts
- Coordinate personalized marketing efforts to engage specific organizations
- Conduct A/B experiments on websites and landing pages to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates
- Utilize testing insights to improve overall campaign effectiveness
- Continuously update knowledge on performance marketing trends, tools, the use of AI, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Implement innovative strategies to keep Workwize at the forefront of demand generation
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience targeting IT buyer personas is a plus
