Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, or a similar role
  • Be proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Console, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, BrightEdge), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Possess strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholder audiences
  • Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Be a self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a customer-focused and results-oriented approach to decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from digital campaigns, website performance, and customer engagement to measure ROI and effectiveness
  • Create detailed performance reports and dashboards to provide Marketing Director and CMO with actionable insights and track progress against key metrics
  • Collaborate with agencies and Marketing Director to optimize campaigns across channels, including paid media, email, social media, and organic search
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, landing page conversions, and email engagement rates
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring optimal site health, user experience, and SEO rankings
  • Identify opportunities for improving organic traffic through content optimization and technical SEO recommendations
  • Support the marketing team in mapping and analyzing the customer journey to identify areas for improvement in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
  • Work with CRM and automation tools to provide insights that enhance marketing funnel performance
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and uncover opportunities for differentiation
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to keep KBS ahead of the curve

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
