Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and brand visibility in the DTC landscape of the Philippines
- Deep understanding of marketing channels, tools, and best practices, with expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working cross-functionally
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies and initiatives
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, with a focus on driving traffic, customer acquisition, and retention
