Requirements

  • Operational Expertise: Extensive experience in managing operations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Drive rapid growth in existing and new markets: Lead the expansion of our US Payroll & PEO business line, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
  • Oversee all aspects of the US Payroll & PEO business lines: Manage operations, strategy, and execution to ensure alignment with Deel’s overall goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale the business: Create and execute plans that support rapid growth while maintaining high service standards
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management: Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, minimizing risk and ensuring operational integrity
  • Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of business strategies
  • Drive operational excellence: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team: Recruit, inspire, and develop team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the company’s success
