Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading outbound lead generation and managing outbound teams
  • Highly skilled in building and scaling outbound systems and workflow, with a proven track record of delivering successful automated strategies
  • Tech-savvy, understanding of edge cases, Python scripts, APIs (a plus)
  • Strong data-driven mindset and ability to analyze outbound performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Innovative, proactive, and constantly seeking new ways to scale demand
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring and coaching sales teams
  • Fluent in English, with experience working in a US-based market

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of outbound sales strategies, from lead generation to outreach processes
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed key metrics such as outbound lead generation, response rates, and conversion rates
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance lead generation and demand through automated outbound efforts
  • Establish and maintain scalable systems and processes that support automated outbound activities
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to monitor the performance of campaigns, track lead progress through the funnel, and identify areas for optimization
  • Mentor a team of outbound marketers and SDRs, providing training, support, and strategic direction to ensure they achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage the budget for outbound sales initiatives
  • Stay informed on outbound industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine outbound strategies and identify new opportunities
