Join Athennian as their Director of Partnerships to spearhead the development and growth of their global partner network. This full-time role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. The position is remote and based in the United Kingdom.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner operations in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Proven success in leading partner programs from strategy through execution—especially in a hands-on, individual contributor role
- Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to create and streamline scalable workflows and cross-functional processes
- Comfortable owning both behind-the-scenes execution and externally facing partner relationships
- Track record of influencing revenue outcomes through partner-led and partner-influenced initiatives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of software integrations and APIs, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Willingness to travel to partner locations and events across North America and Europe
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve Athennian’s partner ecosystem strategy, with a focus on scalable execution and strong alignment with company growth goals
- Act as the operational engine behind partnerships —building workflows, managing execution timelines, and ensuring partner efforts are well-integrated across Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Product, and Operations
- Track and grow partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and ARR, taking ownership of partnership-driven revenue contributions
- Build and manage structured partner programs, including joint go-to-market plans, enablement frameworks, and ongoing collaboration models
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key partners, leading external engagements and ensuring value creation on both sides
- Develop reporting and performance dashboards to monitor program health, partner engagement, and business impact
- Identify and resolve internal process gaps that hinder partner effectiveness or cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure technical and sales enablement resources are up-to-date, accessible, and effectively used by both internal teams and partners
- Represent Athennian at key partner meetings and industry events across North America and Europe as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in legal tech, compliance, or governance is preferred but not required
