Summary

The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for optimizing and scaling B2B and B2C revenue operations at TeamSnap, leading the revenue operations team, managing the sales tech stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing data analytics, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. They require 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of sales tech stacks and CRM systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication and project management skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, with a focus on both B2B and B2C environments
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
  • In-depth knowledge of sales tech stacks and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, Marketo and ChurnZero and Drift

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize and scale B2B and B2C revenue operations
  • Lead the revenue operations team, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure success
  • Manage the sales tech stack, ensuring integration and functionality across systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and systems across all revenue channels
  • Utilize data analytics for revenue forecasting and identifying growth opportunities
  • Coordinate and build executive level reports and presentations on a monthly and quarterly basis that detail and analyze core revenue KPIs
  • Conduct compensation planning to ensure competitive pay structures and incentive programs
  • Oversee territory planning to align sales resources with market opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on insights and analytics
