Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning BPO solutions to add value
  • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with clients to understand their evolving requirements
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and mentorship, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and results-driven behavior
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement best practices in sales methodologies, tools, and technologies
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Provide feedback from the market to inform product and service development
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve business goals
