- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning BPO solutions to add value
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with clients to understand their evolving requirements
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and mentorship, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and results-driven behavior
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement best practices in sales methodologies, tools, and technologies
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide feedback from the market to inform product and service development
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve business goals
