Summary
Join BeyondTrust as the Director of Product Marketing for modern PAM to provide strategic leadership and own the go-to-market execution for BeyondTrust Identity Security solutions. This role performs a key role in creating pipeline-driving collateral, competitive sales and channel programs, content for campaigns and enablement, and other defined objectives that drive revenue growth, market leadership and awareness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing in the security software industry with demonstrated examples of above average pipeline and revenue performance
- 10+ cumulative years of experience in the IT and security industry
- A deep understanding of cybersecurity, especially in identity security
- A strong understanding of machine learning
- Has a get-it-done, entrepreneurial mindset with the business acumen to shape the GTM market approach and competitive positioning of BeyondTrust PAM and its adjacent technologies
- Experience driving Product Led Growth strategies and tactics
- BA/BS degree
- Fluent in English and highly proficient in Hebrew
Responsibilities
- Be the driving force behind elevating the BeyondTrust modern, cloud-native PAM solution, driving growth (revenue and adoption) - and providing strategic and tactical steps
- Show strong technical acumen across security solutions, Just-in-Time access, traditional and cloud-native architecture
- Show subject matter expertise in security and customer needs at the practitioner, executive, and business levels
- Effectively prioritize the launching of new β or update existing β solutions working with product management, sales, operations, marketing, training, and support functions
- Understand and monitor all aspects of the performance metrics and of your solution across the entire sales process and track against goals
- Support the organization by actively creating and presenting high-quality presentations to internal and external audiences, including prospect and customer meetings and events
- Be the overarching voice of our customers by understanding current and emerging market needs and then translating them into compelling messages
- Be the mastermind of our messaging and buyer enablement, by defining, managing, and evolving differentiated competitive messaging and market positioning in a variety of assets
- Lead the collection and development of responses and presentations for analyst surveys, briefings, and inquiries
- Deliver and manage the strategy and content to assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and demand generation programs
- Provide the entire organization with strategic guidance, intelligence and actionable insights that enable us to exploit emergent cloud security opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional cybersecurity certifications strongly preferred but not required
- Examples of cybersecurity conference CFP acceptances is a strong plus
- Sales or Sales Engineering experience preferred. Former security practitioner experience is even better
