Join StackAdapt's growing marketing organization as the Director of Product Marketing, Launch Team! This new role leads the product marketing launch team and go-to-market strategy for each StackAdapt solution. You will build and manage a world-class team, scale go-to-market motions, drive product adoption and retention, and educate clients on programmatic and martech concepts. The position requires a proven product marketing leader with experience in ad tech and martech, and a deep understanding of digital advertising. Requirements
- Proven product marketing leader who has built and scaled world-class product marketing teams through creative strategies, great communication, strong partnerships, and engaging culture
- Confident in scaling launch processes and go-to-market (GTM) motions, supporting revenue teams to drive growth and personally owning ambitious revenue targets
- Prior leadership and working experience in ad tech and martech with deep expertise in digital advertising, data, b2b, and marketing automation solutions
- Domain expertise in building strong categories with compelling messaging, positioning and data-driven storytelling
- At least 7 years of experience in a people leadership position has given you a strong set of leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how to build a performance-oriented culture
Responsibilities
- Drive product launch strategy, collaborating with product, revenue, marketing and executive teams to create successful go-to-market motions
- Own product messaging, positioning, value propositions and differentiators to drive exponential growth in each vertical and region
- Build a successful launch process for all new products, solutions and features, enabling internal teams and driving the narrative of innovation externally
- Deeply understand the programmatic industry, market trends, and jobs to be done, including client pain points, usage and buying behavior, and the partner ecosystem
- Subject matter expert in identifying market opportunities and connecting customer needs to StackAdaptβs product offerings
- Partner with VP of Product Marketing, CMO and executive leadership to build the category and expand into adjacent markets
- Provide input and strategy into product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on market and customer research finding, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings
- Conduct ROI/TCO analysis and develop content to help customers make the business case for StackAdapt
- Own the competitive intelligence program, gathering intel on our key competitors and develop differentiation materials for the field and for external consumption
- Support the team in setting clear goals and key results. Ensure that those are communicated and visible across the company and progress is shared regularly
