Summary

The Director of Sales will lead and collaborate with sales teams, establish relationships with key clients, provide training and support to sales managers, analyze data for growth opportunities, and monitor sales team performance. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience managing sales efforts and leading sales teams, a proven track record of achieving quota and revenue goals, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience managing sales managers & leading sales efforts at a Software/SaaS (or similar technical) organization
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Executives, and other stakeholders to align on sales strategies & objectives
  • Drive and manage sales teams in the field. Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise sized/F100 key client prospects, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to Sales Managers and their teams, in an effort to enhance their skills and performance
  • Analyze data and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Monitor and report on sales team performance, including key metrics and KPIs, to senior management
