Requirements

  • 5+ yrs Sales Compensation Experience experience
  • Highly organized, with project management experience, with a bias toward automation and scale
  • Comp plan creation and execution
  • Strategic partner to field leadership, to get them what they need
  • Systems and automation oriented (SFDC, Xactly, Power BI, etc)
  • Creative problem solver, leverage prior experience and logic to get us to the best, fastest, outcome possible
  • Experience as a motivating People Leader
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Compensation professionals who deliver best in class work every day
  • Develop, implement, and review the key KPIs and metrics that are the lifeblood of our growth plan
  • Work cross functionally to project manage the launch of critical initiatives
  • Support the growth of our ever expanding sales force
  • Build compensation programs to motivate our top notch sales talent
  • Innovate news ways to improve yield on investment, and Go To Market (GTM) efficiency
  • Find areas for efficiency and scale

Benefits

  • Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $160,000- $186,000
  • This position is remote-friendly
