Requirements
- Demonstrate a proven track record of driving growth and business development in the e-commerce space within direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands
- Possess expertise in key areas such as knowledge of Shopify, media buying, email marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing
- Employ a hands-on approach to testing, learning, and iterating growth strategies
- Demonstrate success in scaling revenue, acquisition, and AOV
- Exhibit a hands-on approach and resilience in dynamic environments

Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize growth strategies; directly implement sales tactics and growth initiatives to reach company goals. Besides the management, you will be hands-on in testing, iterating, and optimizing activities aiming for the best possible business results
- Manage risks and challenges; proactively prepare for potential risks management across departments. Solve challenges and enable teams to act accordingly in case of a challenge or a risk
- Utilize a data-driven approach; leverage analytics to uncover opportunities and pivot quickly
- Foster cross-functional work and collaboration; foster alignment between marketing, product, and operations teams while ensuring seamless execution of campaigns
- Innovate and experiment; proactively explore and implement the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, leveraging them to keep Foxelli Group strategies fresh, effective, and resultative
