- Experience building and maintaining executive-level client relationships

- Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional collaboration, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and SC team members to develop sales strategy, build executive-level buy-in with employer prospects and close deals, leveraging industry/Guild expertise and influence. For relatively straightforward deals (e.g. Standard/ Plus tiers, design involving current products, limited "off menu" policy complexities), you will drive design and independently lead calls with prospects
- Tailor solution and program design to meet employer needs based on deep understanding of Guildβs solution and capabilities (including policy recommendations, pathways and catalog buildout, and integrating new positioning and solution capabilities)
- Build supporting business cases for EP prospects including budget and ROI model
- Lead solutioning with cross-functional teams (esp. Sales, EPID, and EPS) to problem solve and set up employer partnerships for smooth hand-offs and launches
- Share learnings and feedback internally (SC/Sales, Solution Marketing, etc.) to help up-level how we go to market and advance deals. As you gain more experience, begin contributing to process improvements to enhance our GTM strategy and motion, positioning, and overall solution
- Contribute to the team culture of collaboration, high performance, curiosity, empathy, and trust both within the Solution Consulting team and cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, management consulting, or a related role within B2B sales or client engagement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, committed to continuous learning and improvement

- Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $125,000 - $155,000, as well as commissions eligibility, variable (bonus) compensation eligibility and company stock options
