- Experience building and maintaining executive-level client relationships

- Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional collaboration, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting team members to develop sales strategy, build executive-level buy-in with employer prospects and close deals, and leverage industry/Guild expertise and influence
- For relatively straightforward deals, you will drive design and independently lead calls with prospects
- Tailor solution and program design to meet employer needs based on deep understanding of Guildβs solution and capabilities
- Adjust strategy based on new positioning and as solution capabilities evolve
- Build supporting business cases for employer partner prospects including budget and ROI model
- Lead solutioning with cross-functional teams to problem solve and set up employer partnerships for smooth hand-offs and launches
- Share learnings and feedback internally (Solution Consulting/Sales, Solution Marketing, etc.) to help up-level how we go to market and advance deals
- As you gain more experience, begin contributing to process improvements to enhance our GTM strategy and motion, positioning, and overall solution
- Contribute to the team culture of collaboration, high performance, curiosity, empathy, and trust both within the Solution Consulting team and cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, management consulting, or a related role within B2B sales or client engagement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, committed to continuous learning and improvement
