Summary
We are seeking an initiative-taking and results-driven Enterprise Demand Generation Account Manager to join Virtual Technologies Group (VTG), a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) organization. The role involves driving demand generation strategies, managing customer relationships, and maximizing revenue growth within the enterprise market segment.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) in demand generation, account management, or related roles (IT industry a plus but not required)
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate IT solutions, products, services, and industry trends
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of an organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to optimize campaign strategies
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools
- Initiative-taking, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies for targeted enterprise accounts to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and net new business
- Collaborate with the marketing resources to create and optimize compelling multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, content syndication, social media, and events
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building strong relationships, and understanding their unique business challenges and goals
- Collaborate with clients to identify their specific needs, align them with our IT solutions, and tailor value propositions that resonate with their objectives
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads, facilitate smooth handoffs, and ensure a seamless transition from marketing efforts to the sales pipeline
- Monitor and analyze lead progression through the sales funnel, making data-driven recommendations to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
- Develop personalized engagement plans for key decision-makers within target accounts, leveraging insights from account research and previous interactions to close new business
- Utilize analytics tools to track the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and adjustments in strategy based on campaign performance and market trends
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging, content, and strategies across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with enterprise-level clients is highly desirable
