Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation
• A data-driven mindset, with a passion for optimizing every stage of the lead-to-opportunity journey
• Proficiency with leading marketing tech such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and attribution modeling
• An ability to work cross-functionally and align demand generation strategies with sales goals

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across channels, including paid media, email, and more
• Collaborate closely with marketing operations to deliver actionable insights and optimize campaign performance
• Develop and iterate on an ABM strategy to engage and convert target enterprise accounts
• Partner with Sales to ensure they’re equipped with the materials and insights needed to turn leads into sales opportunities
• Continuously analyze and refine the lead-to-opportunity funnel, driving improvements through data-driven insights
