Summary
Join Clearlink as an Enterprise Technology Sales Account Executive and deliver exceptional services beyond standard phone and internet solutions. We offer a brand-agnostic approach, working with multiple suppliers to find the best fit for each customer. A robust team supports the design process, while your focus is on closing sales and maximizing revenue. You'll manage a large book of business, upsell customers, and work with the back-office to ensure order fulfillment. This role involves outbound sales, internal transfers, and leading trainings. You will sell into enterprise markets and interact with C-level executives.
Requirements
- Confidence speaking to C-Level executives
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Prior sales experience
- Flexible schedule based on customer needs
- Ability to navigate multiple systems including G-suite
- Must have an internet connection of 20 MBPS up and 50 MBPS down
Responsibilities
- Monthly revenue attainment goals
- Answer internal transfers from our SMB team
- Outbound dial leads lists (Provided for you)
- Up-sell customers beyond the basic service requested
- Manage and maintain a large book of business
- Follow up with current and potential customers regularly
- Lead trainings to help drive leads from SMB team
- Work with back-office to ensure fulfillment of orders
- Sell into Enterprise markets
