Requirements

  • Be 21+ years old
  • Be a high school graduate (3.0+ GPA)
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Have a confident, positive personality
  • Practice strong communication skills
  • Be a self-starter
  • Own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Book venues and negotiate deals
  • Work with vendors, venues, and service providers to arrange suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment
  • Coordinate the event: Manage setup, teardown, and cleanup, and anticipate potential problems
  • Perform administrative tasks including emails and calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in administrative tasks
