Executive Assistant

Summary

The job is for a Remote Insurance Assistant at Elevate Teams, a US recruitment company that helps independent insurance agencies. The role involves back-office and customer service tasks, primarily in Spanish and English. The employee will receive paid training for 4 weeks and will work from Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM in US time zones.

Requirements

• C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills
• Native/Fluent Spanish writing and speaking skills (Spanish and English are required)
• At least 2 years of work experience in back-office and customer service roles
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 6PM IN US TIME ZONES (PST, MST, CST, and/or EST)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Comfortable working in customer service
• Exceptional telephone manner & service-orientated email writing skills
• Ability to quickly learn how to use new tools and software
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
• Stable internet with at least 30 MBPS download & 3 MBPS upload speed
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferably graduated with a university degree or graduating in the next 12 months (if you do not have a degree, you should have more extensive experience)
• Although not required, any insurance experience would be advantageous
