Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in finance or sales; industry-specific experience is a plus
  • Proficient in ACCULYNX for roofing sales and billing (training available if needed)
  • Experienced with Pipedrive for CRM, Google Chat, WhatsApp, and email communication tools
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proactive, process-driven, and adaptable, with a strong focus on following through on commitments and meeting high standards
  • Effective in written and oral communication, capable of motivating others, and working collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Organize and prepare daily schedules, ensuring the sales executives are well-prepared for meetings and calls
  • Monitor and manage the sales executives' inboxes to ensure timely responses and organization
  • Handle various administrative tasks to maintain smooth daily operations
  • Review and complete tasks in Pipedrive to keep the sales pipeline updated and on track
  • Project Creation in CompanyCam: Set up new projects in CompanyCam
  • Roof Measurement: Use Daft Logic to measure roofs and capture screenshots for documentation
  • Data Upload: Upload measurements and screenshots into Acculinks for accurate record-keeping
  • Collect and compile weekly sales metrics
  • Enter the gathered data into Bloom for reporting and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Familiarity with EOS and Bloom for driving meetings and gathering metrics (training provided if necessary)
  • Bilingual proficiency in a second language
