Requirements

  • 7-8+ years experience working on integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple global marketing campaigns, with channels including paid media, off-line activations and experiential
  • Possess the ability to both lead AND execute major global campaigns with an eye for efficiency and creative excellence
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, creative and high-energy team player
  • Possess the keen ability for great storytelling and to write (and present) an amazing deck
  • Experience working in a global company across time zones, with an understanding of how to both maintain consistency of global messaging as well as openness to understanding and applying cultural nuances

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy development, creative development, sell-in and execution of global, multi-market tentpole campaigns with the goal of driving awareness for the brand (and our offerings) while improving perception of Lime among our core audiences
  • Work closely with local Lime teams (comms & brand, operations and government relations teams) to understand marketing and brand needs for the region (the business brief), architect strategic marketing campaigns to address local needs while balancing the needs of the master brand
  • Own all aspects of integrated global brand campaign development in our cities across offline, experiential paid and owned channels, including goal-setting, message development, campaign execution and measurement
  • Project manage the localization and adaptation of global campaigns to be on-brand, on-time and on-budget
  • Act as the β€œcenter of the wheel” amongst cross functional partners and our team (Brand, Comms and Creative) to create impactful campaigns that supports our consistent brand voice globally, knowing how to appropriately customize to the needs of each city and its riders
  • Track KPIs and present results of launched initiatives and implement operational improvements

  • Great instincts and ability to confidently communicate with and influence a diverse audience with diverse priorities
  • Able to write and articulate a great strategy and set up and present campaign/creative ideas that will align internal and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong writer and communicator who can write creatively across channels, including social media, and who just β€œgets it”
  • Able to seamlessly build trusted relationships across all levels
