Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, organized, and a problem solver
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives
- Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies to reach and engage them effectively
- Achieve social media goals and KPIs, and continuously track performance to ensure objectives are met
- Create compelling, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
- Design and produce visual content such as graphics, infographics, and videos, working with designers and video editors as needed
- Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions including management of content calendars to ensure timely and relevant posting
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on analytics and feedback
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Foster and grow online communities by actively participating in conversations and encouraging user-generated content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Assist with other Communication team or Marketing Departments projects or tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of IMGβs products or the insurance industry
- Experience working with global brands in international markets & international social media platforms
- Multilingual or familiarity with deploying marketing strategies in multiple language
